Hailey POV :
Next morning, I woke up feeling feather like kisses on my neck.
Unintentionally, a moan escaped from my lips.
"Chase". I moaned his name making him stop for a second.
Then he started sucking the skin of the hollow part of my neck. I
moaned loudly, when I felt his tongue massaging the flesh.
He moved his lips to my ears and placed a kiss behind my ear, I
shuddered. My eyes were close from the ecstasy running through my
veins. I have never felt something like this before in my life. His
kisses felt heavenly to me, arousing some new feelings inside me for
the first time.
I put my hand in his silky hair and ran my fingers them while he
continued to shower my neck with kisses.
"Good morning". Chase said with his voice husky, making my stomach flip.
"Is this a new way of waking up a sleeping person?" I asked him. My
voice came out breathless.
He chuckled and said, "You can say that if you want".
"It was certainly a good way". I said with the small smile, opening my eyes.
I opened my eyes found Chase gazing at me with intensity and passion
in his eyes. My breath hitched when his hand tucked my traitorous
strand of hair behind my ear.
I have never seen anyone before looking at me like this, like I am the
most beautiful thing and he wants to devour me. Amazingly, I felt
confident under his lustful gaze, so I pulled him closer to me and
brushed my lips on his lightly.
"It is not this simple to win me back". I said staring at him.
He groaned and said, "I know. I will do whatever you want me to do".
"You will do anything?" I asked him, curiously.
"I will do anything for you, my love". He said pecking my lips lightly.
"Then be my very personal slave for a week". I said making him still.
"What, a slave? Okay". He agreed looking at me doubtful.
I was stunned how easily he agreed without even asking me what would I
make him do if he will became my slave.
"Well, do I need to call you Madam from now on or would you prefer
mademoiselle?" He asked me with the amused expression.
"Just call me, Hailey. It would be fine, my personal slave". I replied
sweetly smiling at him.
I pushed him making him fell back on the bed and I got up. I skipped
to the washroom giving him the teasing smile.
After I was done with the daily routine work, I caught my reflection
in the mirror and groaned. My hair was sticking to different direction
and my face was still flushed. Then my eyes landed on a red mark on my
neck.
He gave me the hickey, stupid man. He knows that I need to go back
home. If anyone saw this I will be dead.
Suddenly, I remembered that I had the same marks on my neck even on my
whole body when I woke up that morning. I blushed looking at the
hickey on my neck thinking that he did that to me on that night and
now he has done the same thing today.
I found Chase standing in front of the mirror looking at him.
"Are you ready?" I asked him.
"You were taking too long so I went to another bathroom to freshen
up". He said glancing at me in the mirror.
"I wouldn't have taken this much time in the washroom if you haven't
done this to me". I said removing my hair from my neck showing him his
work.
His eyes stared at the hickeys in amusement. Then he cleared his
throat and said, "My mark is looking good on you".
After hearing his stupid reply my jaw dropped.
Is he serious right now? The nerve of this man!
My eye changed from the calm one into the blazing one.
"I'm hungry. Let's have breakfast". He said taking my hand in his and
dragging me out.
We went to the cafe near the lake and ate breakfast there. Then we
walked for a few minutes near the lake even dipped our feet in the
cold water making them numb. We laughed at our stupidity of dipping
our feet in freezing water.
Then he dropped me at my house, but not without reminding me that he
is my very personal slave and I can call him whenever I want.
I went inside found mom and dad having breakfast. I told him that I
was with Julia working on the thesis all night and she just dropped me
off. Unexpectedly, he bought the whole story.
I went in room and woke Noah up, then I gave him the shower and
changed him into the black sweatpants and grey hoodie which matching
with his eyes.
I blow-dried and combed his hair, showering his face with several
kisses I took his picture and send it to Chase. Within a second I
received his reply.
Chase: Noah is looking really cute. Give him a kiss for me.
Hailey: I know. After all he is my son.
Chase: Uhh Han.... but he looks like me more and that you can't deny
Hailey: Whatever Mr.MVPS.
Chase: What's MVPS mean?
Hailey: My Very Personal Slave. .
Chase: Only yours Hailey
Hailey: Only mine.
I turned beetroot after reading his last text. I replied him and went
to take shower.
Rest of the day went boring; I went on grocery shopping and completed
my thesis. When the dinner time came, I went downstairs with Noah on
my back because he wanted a piggy back ride.
I helped mom in the last minute preparation and setting the table.
When I was busy in enjoying the dinner, I didn't have an idea that
someone was accessing me keenly.
"Mommy you have a bruise on your neck. Did you also fall from the
stairs like Aunt Julia?" Noah asked making me chock on my food. Mom
and dad stilled and stared at.
I was coughing like a dying woman making them got up and rub my back.
Mom offered me the glass of water and I took it, drinking it
hurriedly.
When I stopped coughing and my breathing become normal, I looked at my
parents who were giving me the stare which says "we needed to talk
alone".
I quickly finish my dinner with the red-hot face and tried escaping,
but I was unsuccessful.
"Noah your favorite cartoon is playing on the TV. Go watch it". My
father said to him and he ran towards TV.
Turning to me he said, "Hailey do you want to tell us anything".
It was not the right time to tell my dad about Chase and me.
I shook my head and said, "No. No dad".
"Okay. Then I'm waiting until you think you are ready to share this
with me". He said getting up from the chair and leaving me on the
table with mom.
I groaned and put my face on the table from the embarrassment.
"Hailey is it really a love bite?" Mom asked me with mischievous smile
on her face.
"Please, mom, stop teasing me". I said flushing more.
"I'm your mother you can tell me this stuff. I can give you few tips
on how to hide them properly if you want". She said, winking at me.
"Oh God mom, please stop talking like a teenager". I said to her
making her roll her eyes.
"I'm going to my bedroom goodnight". She said and got up.
"Goodnight and sweet dreams". I said and cleaned the table.
I took Noah with me upstairs then we read his favorite book until he
fell asleep. At almost, 1 a.m. I heard the ring tone of my cellphone
blaring.
Picking up my cellphone I checked it was Chase calling me, my heart
started to beat widely.
"Hello". I said.
"Uh...hi I hope I didn't wake you up?" Chase asked me.
"No you didn't... I was awake reading". I replied.
"Oh...and here I thought you will be thinking about me". He said
sounding teasing.
Then we started talking and talking about our whole day and lastly
made some plans for tomorrow. I fell with the wide smile on my face
that night.

Chapter forty
Hailey's POV:
Today Chase asked me to get ready at five p.m. because he has planned
something for us.
Chase has been playing the role of my very personal slave for five
days. And he has convinced me by literally doing anything and
everything on my command. Last night when he called me, and we started
are usually conversation. While talking, I started craving for ice
cream and said that I wish I could eat ice cream right now. After
fifteen minutes he was standing outside my house looking disheveled
with the tub of my favorite chocolate ice cream and two plastic
spoons.
I went down and we sat inside his car. We talked while eating ice
cream until the sun came. First time in my life I realized how it
feels when you're in love with someone that someone loves you back.
We have been spending a lot of time with together. Noah was mostly
involved in our plans too but today Chase asked me to meet him alone.
We have become so close in these past few days that now going back to
our old life seems impossible for both of us. Our little make out
section here and there feels thrilling and sometimes my stupid brain
make me think like we're some forbidden lovers meeting in secret which
excites me. I was still keeping my relationship with Chase secret from
my dad because I have no idea how should I tell him that we are back
together.
Chase has been treating me like a princess, doing anything for me,
showering me with gifts and surprises every day. He has been playing a
role of perfect husband that any girl dreams for.
Chase has opened his heart out for me and placed it on my feet to take
it or stomp on it, he left the choice on me. He left it on me to
accept it or to break it. The thing is that I'm still scared of
repeating a same mistake. Making me hesitant in taking the next step.
I sighed clipping my hair at the left. For today, I selected a simple
grayish silk dress printed in pink and black color which reaches to my
knees. A little amount of pink blush and pink lip gloss with some
mascara was the only make up I'm wearing. My hair was pinned at the
left side of my head, setting on my right shoulder in loose curls.
I glanced at myself in the mirror and felt satisfied with my look.
Putting my sandals on and picking my clutch with my jacket I walked
downstairs.
When I reached downstairs I saw my mom and Noah sitting on the couch
and reading newspaper. Mom was teaching him how to read newspaper
which has recently caught his attention, and he is very adamant to
learn how to read it.
When he saw me, he came running "Mommy you.you're looking sooo
pretty". Noah said looking at me from head to toe. His reactions are
always cute and he never forgets to compliment me.
I kneel down and hugged him. Placing a big kiss on his cheek I told
him that I'm going out, and he needs to be a good kid and go to bed on
a time.
Mom came to me and started staring at me with her teasing smile.
"Mom please stop giving me this weird smile. I'm going out with Chase,
so I really want you to cover for me ". I said with the puppy dog
face.
She rolled her eyes and replied "I'm very tempted to tell your dad
about your secret lover." Melanie said making my face crimson.
"But being a good mother I'm keeping it a secret even when you don't
share any juicy updates with poor me ". She said making a sad face.
Taking her both hands in mine and I gave them a squeeze and said "Mom
I promise. I'm going to tell you everything tonight".
"Hailey you mean tomorrow morning because you hardly have time for us
in night". She teased me again making me groan. She doesn't let go any
moment without teasing me.
According to her I'm a very good source of entertainment, my life
story is as good as soaps she watches on t.v. And she enjoys looking
at my reactions on her teasing comments. I heard the ringing of my
phone and saw it's a message from Chase saying that he's outside my
house waiting for me. I said bye to my mom and kissed her cheek.
When I came out I saw Chase leaning on the car wearing dark blue
almost black button up shirt with black jeans and leather jacket,
looking dazzling.
"Hey where are we going?". I asked getting in the car.
"Baby its call surprise for a reason". Chase said buckling himself and
starting the car.
I just rolled my eyes at his statement.
After thirty minutes of drive he finally stopped outside a place which
looks like a garden. Grasping my hand in his, he dragged me inside the
garden. Entering inside the first thing I saw beautiful trees covering
every corner of the place. Then my eyes went lower on the path made of
roses, leading inside.
Turning to my left I found out that Chase has disappeared leaving me
to follow the path alone. My heart was thumping in my chest.
Thud, Thud, Thud
I took every step feeling scared. I started thinking that it might be
his new way of confessing something? Or Is he going to leave me again
? Or is this some kind of gift?.
The path suddenly ended making me look at my surroundings. The sudden
gasp escaped my mouth.
There was a shape of heart made by the rose petals in the middle of
the garden and Chase was standing there waiting for me with his hand
extended. I stepped inside the heart shape made on the grass.
Chase came to me and grasped my hand in his and pulled me closer to his chest.
"What?". I asked him to surprise to form a simple sentence.
"Hailey... I have told you this before that I'm in love with you. I
think I have fallen for you when I first laid my eyes on you in the
church in that wedding dress. My first thought was that you're an
Angel sent here to tempt me for a Sin. I tried creating distance
between us but your innocence your love made me bend my rules. Your
age was my biggest fear which stops me to reciprocate your feelings. I
thought you were just a kid and I'm only your crush. But you proved me
wrong. You proved me that age doesn't matter to love someone and with
that you made me fall for you". He said to me while staring in my
eyes. I felt his every emotion through his words.
Then he suddenly moved away from me, creating a gap between us and
kneel down on one knee.
"Have you ever heard that phrase Hailey that you won't realize the
value of something till its gone. Because now I understand the meaning
of this phrase. The day you left me I felt dead inside. I know I'm the
one who made you leave but it was very painful Hailey. And I never
ever want to experience that pain again. I want to live with you and
die in your arms when the time comes, like a true lover. I want to
spend my days and night with you and Noah. I can't thank you enough
for giving me him. But if you give me the chance I'll thank you every
day. Hailey will you marry me again?. He said pulling out a rose shape
jewelry box from his pocket and opening it.
I was staring at the ring with my mouth open it was that beautiful.
He cleared his throat making me aware that he's still down on his knee
waiting for my answer.
Tears started streaming down from my eyes and I said " Yes".
He sighed and got up. Hastily put the ring on my ring finger. I
launched myself in his arms hugging him tightly, still crying soundly.
Then I felt roses falling on us and looking up I saw a helicopter
above in the sky videotaping everything and showering rose petals.
"Chase you videotaped everything". I asked him more shocked.
"Just for an evidence that you actual said yes again". He said winking at me.
Whoever the man was on helicopter waved at Chase and left us.
I looked at the beautiful princess cut diamond ring with the big
diamond in the center and small diamonds on both sides of the ring in
a simple line making it more enchanting.
"I'm feeling like a princess wearing this ring". I said to Chase.
He cupped my face between his palms and said " You're my princess".
Leaning down he captured my lips in toes curling kiss, making me
breathless.
"Chase I love you". Finally, I confessed, making him smile.
"I love you too Hailey". He said leaning down and placing his hands
around my waist. He picked me up and started spinning me around. Both
of us were laughing, truly happy at that moment.
